Yeliz Güneş, İstanbul Üniversitesi Diş Hekimliği Fakültesi’nden 2020 yılında mezun olmuştur. 2021–2024 yılları arasında Marmara Üniversitesi Ağız, Diş ve Çene Radyolojisi Ana Bilim Dalı’nda uzmanlık eğitimini tamamlamıştır. Akademik çalışmaları ağız, diş ve çene bölgesi patolojilerinin konik ışınlı bilgisayarlı tomografi ile görüntülenmesi, süpernümere dişler, maksiller sinüs patolojileri ve fraktal analiz üzerine yoğunlaşmaktadır. Ulusal ve uluslararası hakemli dergilerde yayımlanmış makaleleri ve bilimsel kongre bildirileri bulunmaktadır. 2025 yılında Ağız, Diş ve Çene Radyolojisi Ana Bilim Dalı’nda, İngilizce programında, Dr. Öğr. Üyesi olarak göreve başlamıştır.
