Find my profile

  1. Find your profile

    Search for your name. If you are listed on your hospital’s website, your profile is most likely already here.

  2. Create an account

    Sign up with your WhatsApp number. We confirm your number with a verification code.

  3. Claim the profile

    Send a request with the “Claim profile” button on your profile. An editor verifies that the profile is yours.

  4. Edit your details

    Write your CV, areas of interest and languages yourself. If you add your ORCID iD, your publications are retrieved from the records.

You can suggest a correction without an account

Every profile has a “Suggest a correction” link. Send a suggestion about a wrong detail, a missing publication or a publication that is not yours. Suggestions are reviewed by an editor.

How publications are matched

Publications are matched using ORCID, Scopus and Web of Science identifiers and open academic records. If the name on the record does not match the name on the profile, no publication is added. We would rather attach nothing than attach a publication to the wrong person.
