Doç. Dr. Yasin KUTLU, 1988 yılında Samsun’un Ladik ilçesinde doğmuştur. Tıp eğitimini 2011 yılında Trakya Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’nde tamamlamıştır.

2011–2013 yılları arasında Bahçelievler Verem Savaş Dispanseri’nde mecburi hizmetini tamamladıktan sonra, 2013–2018 yılları arasında Okmeydanı Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi’nde İç Hastalıkları uzmanlık eğitimini almıştır.

2018–2020 yılları arasında Tokat Almus Devlet Hastanesi’nde iç hastalıkları uzmanı olarak görev yapmıştır.

Tıbbi Onkoloji alanında uzmanlaşmak amacıyla girdiği Yan Dal Uzmanlık Sınavı’nda (YDUS) Türkiye 10.’su olmuş ve İstanbul Medipol Mega Üniversite Hastanesi’nde başladığı Tıbbi Onkoloji yan dal eğitimini 2023 yılında tamamlamıştır.

2023–2025 yılları arasında Tokat Devlet Hastanesi’nde tıbbi onkoloji uzmanı olarak mecburi hizmetini tamamlayan Dr. Kutlu, 2025 yılında Tıbbi Onkoloji alanında Doçent unvanını almıştır.

Türk Tıbbi Onkoloji Derneği, American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) ve European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) üyesi olan Dr. Kutlu; ulusal ve uluslararası bilimsel toplantılara aktif olarak katılmakta, klinik araştırmalar yürütmekte ve akademik yayınlar ile bilimsel çalışmalarını sürdürmektedir.

Halen İstanbul Medipol Mega Üniversite Hastanesi’nde Tıbbi Onkoloji öğretim üyesi olarak görev yapmakta; kanser tedavisinde bilimsel gelişmeleri yakından takip ederek hastalarına modern ve bireyselleştirilmiş tedavi yaklaşımları sunmaktadır.
