Prof. Dr Naci Karacaoğlan 1961 yılında Yozgatta doğmuştur. 1977-1982 yıllarında Hacettepe ün Tıp Fakültesinde eğitim aldıktan sonra 1984 yılında Erciyes ün Tıp Fakültesinden mezun olmuştur.1984-1986 yılları arasında Tuncelide mecburi hizmetini tamamlamıştır 1986 yılında Plastik Rekonstrüktif ve Estetik cerrahi uzmanlık eğitimine başlayarak 1991 yılında uzman olmuştur.1992-1998 yılları arasında Ondokuz Mayıs Ün Tıp Fakültesinde öğretim üyesi olarak çalışmıştır. 1997 yılında doçent olan Karacaoğlan 1999-2003 yılları arasında Haydarpaşa eğitim ve araştırma hastanesinde görev yapmıştır.2003 yılında Medipol sağlık grubunda çalışmaya başlamış ,2005-2010 yılları arasında Medipol Hastanesinde başhekimlik görevinde bulunmuş tur. 2010 yılında Prof olan Karacaoülan Tıp Fakültesi dekanlığına atanmış ve 2025 yılına kadar bu görevi yürütmüştür. Halen Medipol Ün Tıp Fak Plastik rekonstrüktif ve estetik cerrahi anabilim dalı başkanlığını yürütmektedir.
