1980 yılında doğdu. 2004 yılında İstanbul Üniversitesi Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi’nden tıp doktoru olarak mezun oldu. 2004 yılında Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi Nöroloji Anabilim Dalı’nda nöroloji asistanlığına başladı ve 2009 yılında nöroloji uzmanlığını aldı.

2009-2013 yılları arasında Belçika Gent Üniversitesinde araştırma görevlisi ve doktora öğrencisi olarak çalıştı. Bu dönemde dikkatle ilgili nörogörüntüleme çalışmaları yaptı. 2013 yılında psikoloji doktorasını aldı. 2013 ve 2014 yıllarında Gent Üniversitesi araştırma fonlarından burslu olarak Gent Üniversitesinde doktora sonrası araştırmacı olarak çalıştı. Haziran 2014’de Üsküdar Üniversitesi İnsan ve Toplum Bilimleri Fakültesinde yardımcı doçent ve NPİSTANBUL Hastanesinde Nöroloji Uzmanı olarak çalışmaya başladı.

Bilimsel ilgi alanları demans, uyku bozuklukları, baş ağrıları, Parkinson hastalığı, dikkat ve bellek bozuklukları, epilepsiler ve elektroansefalografidir.
